You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members

• Share sexually explicit content in public areas
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other members
• Use the platform for commercial purposes or spam
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post content that violates any applicable law

5. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post on Delhi Hookups. By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform as necessary to provide our services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Adult Content Policy

Delhi Hookups is an adult platform for users who meet the 20+ eligibility requirement. 7. Termination

Delhi Hookups is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We do not conduct background checks on users and make no representations about the character or intentions of any member.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We encourage you to review our Safety Guide before meeting anyone in person.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delhi Hookups and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other members.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
